Cover your face with a mask or a scarf!
On trains and stations it is mandatory to cover your nose and mouth with a mask or a scarf! Trains mostly run with open carriages. For proper ventilation in closed carriages, the windows must be kept open.
Keep your distance!
Trains can only be boarded at Hűvösvölgy and Széchenyihegy with a pre-purchased ticket. Tickets can be purchased only at the ticket offices at terminal stations. You can pay only in cash (HUF). Tickets are checked before boarding. In all cases, please use the designated doors for boarding, leaving the restricted seats free!
Take care of hygiene!
Please disinfect your hands frequently and take care of basic hygiene, especially when buying tickets. Tickets can only be purchased at train stations, we accept cash only (HUF).
Stops
Trains stop only at: Hűvösvölgy, Szépjuhászné, Jánoshegy and Széchenyihegy stations. You can board at Szépjuhászné and Jánoshegy stations only if there are still free seats in the carriages.

Tickets can be purchased only at the ticket offices at terminal stations. Tickets are checked before boarding. Temporary we do not provide discounts and pre-booking option for groups.
