C50 nostalgic diesel engine
The 557, 552, 553, 556 trains are nostalgic trains hauled by a C50 diesel engine. Over the normal price Nostalgic Supplementary ticket is required.
You can pay only in cash with HUF. Card accepted only at Széchenyihegy, Szépjuhászné, Hűvösvölgy
Nostalgic trains operates only on:
Trains marked with a dark blue background in the timetable are nostalgia (heritage) trains.
Bicycles cannot be transported on nostalgia trains. The allocation of these trains is published only a few weeks in advance, depending on the current operating conditions of the vintage vehicles. In addition to the regular ticket, a Nostalgic Supplementary ticket is also required for these trains.
